A little about me...

Hello and Welcome to Sacred Soulstice!
My name is Aleigha Gudat, and I am a free spirit with a lot of exciting things to offer those that feel the call. I look forward to being a part of your journey whether it be big or small. Here is a safe space where you can be yourself, explore your interests, and activate your truest most sacred version of self yet!
With a genuine love for holistic wellness I aim to offer a variety of resources and tools that can aid you in a way that feels just right for you.
For five years I worked and one year owned a metaphysical shop, gathering knowledge and experience around crystals, herbalism, sound healing, essential oils, and other spiritual practices. The more I learned the more actively I began using it for myself on my own healing journey and fell in love with it.
During this time I found my purpose, which is being a lighthouse for those that are still finding their way. I've come to learn that the light still exists even in our most darkest of times, and nothing is impossible when it comes to coming back home to ourselves.
I like to think of myself as a student of life, someone who was put here to learn and experience life's many trials to bring back wisdom and medicine for those that need a little guidance. This led me to finding more ways to bring offerings to others that could be multidimensional and cater to many that are open to it.
In 2018, I faced what I thought was a severe allergic reaction all over my hands, face, and arms. The more as time grew on my skin became uncontrollably itchy, cracked, open wounds, and eventually turned into infections. I tried everything I could to alleviate it without having to go to the doctor. No matter what I had done, it kept getting worse. Which led to me seeking a diagnosis and prescription of steroids for what I was told was eczema. That was the first time I knew this was a temporary solution to my problem. Which led me to taking an Herbalism Course to become Certified, and finally resolve my issues naturally. I haven't turned back to steroids or medications ever since and continue to work with herbs and plants to treat my own concerns I face. This too brought that knowledge into creating natural herbal products that aren't complicated and straight to the point - wellness.
Two years ago I received my Usui Reiki Level I & Level II Certification, a Japanese Energy Healing Modality that focuses on channeling life force also known as "chi" to clients or spaces to bring more balance and harmony intentionally back into the session. One year ago I received my Usui Reiki Level III Master/Teacher Certification, granting me the ability to do distant healing, as well as teaching and certifying others that feel the call of becoming a practitioner. This practice is something that brought me closer to my intuitive/psychic gifts, how to navigate being an empath, finding a gentle and subtle way to work with others that struggle with depression, anxiety, or trauma in a more unconditional loving way.
Creativity has always been a huge part of my life. Finding ways to express that has also brought a lot of healing to me because of it. And when I learned how to wire wrap it also led me to making handmade crystal jewelry for those that wanted to connect deeper to the properties of each one. It's a beautiful blessing knowing there are hundreds of pieces of my art elsewhere around the world with others that wanted to bring them home into their hearts. Custom pieces are always a fun project since I get to execute new ideas or even challenge my artistic ability, if you ever find a crystal and have a vision I'd love to make it a reality for you!
Overall I tend to go with the flow of whatever the universe is calling me to. Some days its doing psychic readings, creating art, other days I am cleansing the energy of a home. I have embraced my truth that I have a heart and spirit that wants to bring healing where its welcomed. And to empower others to take back their own strength and courage to step into their authentic truth.
I am grateful for your support and being able to grow with you!
The light in me sees, shines, and honors the light within you.
With Gratitude,
Aleigha
