Hi, I'm Aleigha Gudat — a free spirit, healer, and the heart behind Sacred Soulstice. I'm so glad you're here.

This is a safe space where you can be yourself, explore your interests, and step into your truest, most sacred version of self. Whether you're just beginning your journey or deepening a practice you've had for years, I'm honored to be a part of it.

How Sacred Soulstice Began

My love for holistic wellness didn't start as a business — it started as a personal awakening.

For five years I worked in a metaphysical shop, and for one year I owned one. During that time I immersed myself in the worlds of crystals, herbalism, sound healing, essential oils, and other spiritual practices. The more I learned, the more I began using these tools on my own healing journey — and I fell completely in love.

In 2018, I experienced a severe skin condition that spread across my hands, face, and arms. Doctors diagnosed it as eczema and prescribed steroids, but I knew that was only a temporary fix. That experience led me to pursue a Certified Herbalism Course, where I finally found natural, lasting relief. I haven't turned back to steroids since — and that knowledge became the foundation for the natural herbal products you'll find in this shop.

My Healing Background

Two years ago, I received my Usui Reiki Level I & II Certification — a Japanese energy healing modality that channels life force ("chi") to restore balance and harmony. A year later, I completed my Usui Reiki Level III Master/Teacher Certification, which allows me to offer distant healing and certify other practitioners.

Reiki brought me closer to my intuitive gifts, helped me navigate life as an empath, and gave me a gentle way to work with people facing depression, anxiety, or trauma — with unconditional love at the center of it all.

The Art of Crystal Jewelry

Creativity has always been a huge part of my healing. When I learned wire wrapping, it opened a whole new world — crafting handmade crystal jewelry for those who wanted to connect more deeply with each stone's unique properties. Knowing there are hundreds of pieces of my art out in the world, held in the hearts of others, is one of the most beautiful blessings I can imagine.

My Purpose

I've found that my purpose is to be a lighthouse for those still finding their way. The light still exists even in our darkest times — and nothing is impossible when it comes to coming home to ourselves.

Whether I'm doing psychic readings, creating art, cleansing the energy of a home, or crafting an herbal blend, I show up wherever healing is welcomed. My goal is to empower you to reclaim your own strength and courage, and step fully into your authentic truth.
